COURSES

PPL

Theoretical training stage

The Theoretical knowledge training stage of the PPL course, includes 9 theoretical lessons and a total of 100 hours of PPL theory through a procedure of distance learning and self-studying.

The student is given access to an online platform, which includes all the appropriate tools(study guides/ lecture notes/ question bank/ progress tests etc.) while being at our instructors’ complete disposal at all times for any clarification or guidance needed.

The theoretical part comprises 9 lessons, defined by EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) as presented below:

Flight training stage

The Flight training stage of the PPL course comprises at least 47.5 hours, including 36 hrs Dual,10 hrs Solo, and approximately 1.5 hrs of Skill Tests, with an average duration of 2-3 months.

The Flight training is conducted in: Single Engine Piston (SEP)–Cessna152/172 Flight Simulator – FNPT II

overview

The PPL (Private Pilot License) course aims to provide zero-experienced students with all the appropriate practical and theoretical competences, in order to operate as private pilots in command under the VFR (Visual Flight Rules).

Zero To ATPL

Theoretical training stage

The Theoretical knowledge training stage of the ATP Integrated course, includes approximately 750 hours of classroom instruction (ground school), provided by highly knowledgeable, experienced and well-trained instructors. The classroom training consists of interactive training content, such as frequent quizzes and test assessments, slide presentation, progress tests and exam’s simulations.

The lessons are being conducted 5 out of 7 days a week(not necessarily week days) and the duration is around 6 hours per day.

overview

The ATP Integrated course, designed according to the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) standards, is a complete training programme, structured in a way to accouter each trainee pilot with the appropriate technical and intellectual skills, in order to meet the numerous requirements, set by the leading airlines in their future career.

The fundamental aim of the course is to guide the candidates with no-previous experience in the aviation field, through the process of obtaining their ATPL or Airline Transportation Pilot License frozen, the highest level of airline pilot certification.

Upon completion of his commercial pilot training, the student pilot will be issued a ‘frozen ATPL’ , which enables him to apply for jobs as a First Officer, having of course first completed a type rating.

Consequently, to ‘unfreeze’ the ATPL, the pilot will be needed to fulfil 1,500 flying hours in an airline.
